What this means for you:
• All clients’ funds are kept in a segregated bank account separated from the Company’s own funds, as required by the applicable legal framework. The Company, as a regulated broker, is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF), set up by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), to accept claims of covered clients, for compensation, in the event that the Company is unable to meet its financial obligations. • Retail clients are protected by the Investor Compensation Fund up to EUR20,000 in the event we are unable to fulfil our financial obligations towards our clients
• Negative balance protection on all accounts
Passporting
Passporting allows a firm registered in the European Economic Area (e.g. Cyprus) to do business in any other EEA state without the need for further authorization from each country. MAXIFLEX LTD is authorised to provide defined services across the European Union (EU) or to open branches in other countries in the EU. This authorization is known as a financial services �?passport’.
